Supply Chain Executive

What you’ll be responsible for:

You will play a critical role within the Supply Chain team completing daily, weekly & monthly tasks all of which contribute to the smooth operational running of our Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will cover the e2e supply chain across logistics, planning and procurement, more specifically to include:

• Processing of stock orders to Unilever
• First point of contact for haulier collections and resolving any logistical challenges
• Own the material planning inbox, chasing and confirming delivery dates of raw material & pack.
• Ensure consumables are ordered in line with operational needs and invoiced accordingly
• Co-ordinate SKU set-up; generate barcodes, create ID’s and manage version control through the PLM system.
• Generate weekly planning and procurement reports including but not limited to; expiry and no usage materials, supplier performance, service.
• Complete ad-hoc requests as required to support the day-to-day success of the team.

• Basic excel skills inc. vlookup and pivot tables
• Enthusiastic approach and a team player.

It would be great if you have:

• Previous experience working in a supply chain team
