Supply Chain Director

Seeking top tier talent who want to work for a high growth brand. I'm partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic FMCG business that is scaling rapidly, with a turnover nearing £100m. As they continue their expansion, they are seeking a Supply Chain Director to drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across their international supply chain.

About the Role:

This is a key senior leadership position where you’ll oversee end-to-end operations, including procurement, supply chain management, logistics, and project execution. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the business operates efficiently, meets growth targets, and successfully expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations: Develop and implement a three-year roadmap to enhance supply chain efficiency and support global expansion.
• Supplier & Procurement Management: Build and manage relationships with global suppliers and third-party manufacturers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.
• End-to-End Supply Chain: Oversee procurement, production, and logistics to ensure a seamless and agile supply chain.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, particularly around product development and market expansion, ensuring timely execution.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
