Job Overview

The Supply Chain Development and Continuous Improvement Specialist will support initiatives that enhance supply chain capabilities, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting to the Supply Chain Development and Continuous Improvement Manager, this role is key in executing training programs, process optimization projects, and Lean initiatives to drive performance excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with site teams, analyze data for improvement opportunities, and help implement best practices to support the organization's strategic supply chain goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs to upskill supply chain professionals
  • Utilize skills matrix to identify competency gaps and recommend development plans
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring best practices are documented and accessible across sites
  • Support the execution of the Supply Chain TEOA (Lean) roadmap, contributing to the achievement of Star Level 5
  • Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and collaborate with teams to develop and implement improvement solutions
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to enhance supply chain performance
  • Work closely with site supply chain teams to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives
  • Assist in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to drive engagement and innovation
  • Act as a liaison between central supply chain and site-level teams to align local initiatives with broader supply chain strategies
  • Support change management efforts by communicating improvements and training teams on new procedures
  • Assist in implementing ADM processes, policies, and procedures at the site level to ensure consistency
  • Support supply chain transformation projects, including system migrations and process enhancements
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives
What your background should look like:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience supporting training or employee development initiatives
