Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 circa (depending on experience)
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator with at least 2 years' experience in purchasing/supply chain/international freight logistics or similar. You will be a confident and experienced user of Microsoft Office including Excel and possess excellent numeracy skills.

Your duties within this position will include:

1. Providing coordination and support to all aspects of the company's Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics
2. Chasing overdue purchase orders and shipment booking status
3. Responding to supplier queries, problems and issues
4. Liaising with freight forwarders to approve costs and schedules, log and track inbound international shipments
5. Ensuring correct shipment documents for each movement, and tariff information for all products is provided

You will be conscientious with the ability to prioritise workload, be highly motivated with superb attention to detail, have a highly organised approach to work and be driven.
