What you’ll do

We're recruiting for a Supply Chain Business Partner to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a Supply Chain Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting in life contracts for key customers for Vodafone, whilst ensuring governance and any changes to technical and commercial requirements, service levels and charges are managed effectively to mitigate risk and grow account profitability.

Wider responsibilities will also include:

  • Leading end to end contract negotiations including developing and managing contract variations and change control and other contract mechanisms.
  • Drafting of schedules contained in supplier contracts and variations in collaboration with legal, privacy, commercial team and account team.
  • Working closely with a range of key stakeholders to manage bespoke product and services across strategic customers ensuring utilisation discounts and volume rebates.
  • Prepare and lead internal or external commercial negotiations, attend supplier meetings.

Who you are

  • A demonstrable background in procurement, having ideally gained sector experience in Telecoms, Technology and/or Public Sector.
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills with a view to achieving the best commercial outcomes for Vodafone.
  • Proficient understanding of contract law, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Robust understanding of business, with an aptitude for building sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes.
