Qualifications

Job Title: UK Supply Chain Administrator

Location: London HQ - additional office in Worcester.

Contract: Full time

Start Date: ASAP

Package: £27-35,000 DOE

Reporting: Reporting to UK Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various supply chain activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise the supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing: Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and track shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on supply chain metrics, inventory levels, and order status to support decision-making.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to supply chain operations.
  7. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal departments, providing timely updates on order status and addressing any supply chain-related queries.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is but not essential.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or administrative role.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems (particularly NetSuite) is an advantage.
