Job Description

• Develop and implement supplier governance strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain regulations
• Monitor supplier performance and provide regular reports
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Work closely with the procurement & supply chain team to deliver objectives
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage supplier contracts and negotiations

A successful Supplier Governance Manager should have:

• Knowledge and understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Contract management understanding
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
