Duties

• Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
• Train new staff on company standards, sales techniques, and customer service protocols.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase foot traffic in the store.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in time management, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members alike.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in selling techniques and understanding customer needs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with supervising staff and managing team dynamics is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
