Repairs Supervisor

Temp to Perm - £24ph + Van and Fuel Card
Maintenance Contractor

Company:
A well-established, Tier 1 maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.

Role:

  1. Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
  2. Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
  3. Dealing with voids, day to day and reactive maintenance work.
  4. Be able to inspect and highlight and identify problems.
  5. Have experience dealing with voids and reactive maintenance.
  6. Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
  7. Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  8. Ensure all client's expectations are achieved.
  9. Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure.
  10. Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties.
  11. Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
  12. To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required.
  13. Attend inspections where necessary.
  14. Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Excel.
