Job description

An Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency who provide excellent support to all foster carers, children and young people are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team in Luton and covering the Bedfordshire area.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports foster carers to assist the children and young people placed within the agency.

This role is a full-time, permanent position and is based 3 days a week from home. You will be trained to develop a therapeutic approach to working with foster carers and young people.
