Summer Tent Crew (Flexible)

Role: Summer/casual Crew member | June - August

Overview: Join our team to help set up and break down luxury tents for exclusive events. Work with a lively group of people around the home counties and further afield. No experience needed—just a positive attitude and a good work ethic! Would suit students or someone looking for additional work around other commitments.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in marquee installation and disassembly under supervision.
2. Learn and follow team instructions for efficient event setups.
3. Maintain equipment with guidance from experienced crew members.
4. Uphold safety standards and protocols on event sites.
5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

1. No prior experience required; entry-level position.
2. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
3. Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
4. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
