Role Overview
As Welfare Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students while they are on site. This includes managing illness, homesickness, and monitoring student attendance during lessons and activities. You will lead and support a team of House Supervisors and staff assigned to welfare duties, working closely with the Centre Manager, Activity Managers, and Director of Studies. Your role will also involve liaising with external clients such as Group Leaders, educational agents, and parents, while providing emotional support to students throughout their stay. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for young learners.

Payment
£780 per week including holiday pay. Normal working hours are up to 48 hours per week, typically spread over a 6-day week, with 1 full day off per week.
