Success Coach (Temporary) - Beverley & Hull

Castle Education is supporting a Further Education college in East Yorkshire seeking an experienced Success Coach on a temporary PAYE contract (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday).

Location: Beverley (4 days) & Hull (1 day)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4:30pm
Rate: £14 - £18 per hour (PAYE)

The Role:

As a Success Coach, you'll provide one-to-one mentoring, safeguarding support, and pastoral care to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. You would also be required to assist with attendance monitoring and interventions.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in student support, mentoring, or pastoral care
2. Level 3 Safeguarding trained
3. Passionate about helping students succeed
