Job description

My client is seeking experienced Site Managers for multiple projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for delivering high-profile power projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sustainability, environmental impact, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful profit and loss management for standard and complex projects.
  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Support in winning new projects as part of the company’s Power T&D Strategic Plan.
  • Proactively manage client relationships and expectations throughout project delivery.
  • Lead on Zero Harm initiatives and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ standards.
  • Conduct safety tours and ensure project safety monitoring is in place.
  • Drive a high-performance team culture through strong leadership and people development.
About You:
  • Proven management experience in Power Transmission & Distribution.
  • Experience delivering Overhead Line, Cabling, or Substation schemes up to 400kV.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Track record in tendering and managing projects, including working with subcontractors.
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial control.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to balance multiple interests.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, complex environments and lead teams towards solutions.
