We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for an Addictions Consultant Psychiatrist to work for a hospital based in London. This is a part-time role, where you will contribute to the service to ensure that service users consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best guidelines and achieve high professional standards.
The general working hours are 15 hours per week, and there are no on-call requirements.
Salary: £54,665 – £59,000 per annum (for 15 hours per week, dependent on experience)

Essential Qualifications:
- Medical Degree with Basic Medical Training completion.
- Full GMC-UK Registration with a License to Practice.
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
- Consultant Psychiatrist on the GMC Specialist Register with a Substance Misuse endorsement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of addiction psychiatry, including opiate substitution therapy, detoxification protocols, and post-detox pharmacology.
- Experience working with substance use and mental health challenges, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong understanding of clinical prescribing and governance.
- Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to service needs.
