The Role: Subscriptions Sales Manager

The Location: Hybrid - Central London - 2 days in office

The Package: Up to £55k base + £25k OTE uncapped

The Role:

This role is focused on growing and retaining subscription and membership revenues within the European market. As part of a growing sales team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through B2B subscription offerings. It's 50% new business and 50% account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new business sales and grow subscription revenue.
  2. Plan and execute targeted outreach, including research and prospecting.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to build a strong lead pipeline.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  5. Maintain and grow relationships with decision-makers across accounts.
  6. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
  7. Ensure accurate sales activity tracking in CRM systems.
  8. Deliver on personal sales targets and contribute to wider team goals.
  9. Support high-quality customer service standards.
  10. Opportunity to progress into higher-value account management and face-to-face sales.

The Person:

  1. Solid recent experience of selling subscription-based sales models.
  2. Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within high-value subscriptions.
  3. Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  5. Confident presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  6. Skilled in managing pipelines, territory planning, and reporting.
