Subject Leader - PSHE
Location: Brooklands, Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate PSHE educator with a vision for impactful, values-driven learning?

We are working in partnership with our client, a successful and high-achieving academy school based in Brooklands, Milton Keynes, to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Subject Leader - PSHE for a full-time permanent role starting September 2025.

The Role:

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and development of an outstanding PSHE curriculum across the school
  • Ensure the PSHE provision is inclusive, relevant, and responsive to the needs of all learners
  • Work closely with pastoral leaders and safeguarding teams to support student wellbeing and personal development
  • Monitor student progress and engagement, and implement strategies to promote participation and success
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives that foster a positive school culture and prepare students for life beyond the classroom

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have experience teaching PSHE or a related subject across secondary phases
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of statutory PSHE and RSE guidance
  • Be passionate about student wellbeing, personal development, and inclusive education
  • Show strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Be available for a full-time permanent position from September 2025
