Sub Agent - Civil Engineering

Location: Sites based across Mainland Scotland, Western Isles and North England.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent benefits!

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As a Sub Agent you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting other colleagues/agents to deliver each project by controlling costs
2. Carrying out inductions and briefings
3. Safely managing site activities and mentoring site engineers
4. Developing and managing ITPs to ensure high quality and efficient work
5. Liaising and corresponding with employers and consulting engineers
6. Working and consulting with public utilities and local authorities where necessary
7. Reviewing designs & specifications and managing change
8. Procurement

To be successful in this Sub Agent - Civil Engineering role, you must:

1. Have sound knowledge and experience of all civil engineering construction activities, including earth works, road works, structures and drainage
2. Be ideally qualified to BEng Standard in a Civil Engineering discipline
3. Display excellent problem-solving skills
4. Possess the ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and 3rd party authorities
5. Have a full clean driving license
