Sub Agent - Civil Engineering

Location: Sites based across Mainland Scotland, Western Isles and North England.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent benefits!
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

RJ McLeod (Contractors) Ltd, one of Scotland's leading civil engineering contractors, requires a Sub Agent to oversee various projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
  2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
  4. Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance.
  5. Assisting in the management of project budgets.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
