Sub Agent - Civil Engineering

Location: Sites based across Mainland Scotland, Western Isles and North England.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent benefits!
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

RJ McLeod (Contractors) Ltd, one of Scotland's leading civil engineering contractors, requires a Sub Agent to manage and oversee civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage site operations and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
  4. Conduct site inspections and report on progress.
  5. Assist in the management of project documentation and reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
