Sub Agent - Civil Engineering
Location: Sites based across Mainland Scotland, Western Isles and North England.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent benefits!
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

RJ McLeod (Contractors) Ltd, one of Scotland's leading civil engineering contractors, requires a Sub Agent to manage and oversee civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage site operations and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress.
- Assist in the management of project documentation and reporting.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
