Senior Consultant - UK Civil Engineering

Are you an experienced Sub Agent seeking a new challenge? James Gray Recruitment are actively recruiting a Sub Agent on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients for work across Glasgow.

Our client:

• A well-established Scottish civil engineering contractor known for their delivery of rail related civil's infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
3. Monitor progress against project milestones, identifying and resolving any issues.
4. Ensure all work is completed in line with design specifications and regulations.

What you will need to be successful:

1. A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role within civil engineering.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
4. Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
5. A full UK driving license.
