Role: Sub Agent

Location: Heathrow

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum

We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for a Sub Agent to join their team at Heathrow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the largest infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Comply with company policies and procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, and briefings.
2. Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and record generation.
3. Communicate with commercial staff to prepare records for measurement and payment purposes promptly.
4. Liaise with the Agent to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary work design schemes.
5. Advise the Agent of any potential commercial or contractual liabilities.
6. Manage the ordering process and supplier relationships for timely material delivery.
7. Manage subcontractors to ensure service delivery and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in civil engineering and services
2. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
3. Excellent people management skills
4. CSCS card
5. Flexibility
