What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Utilises a broad range of styling skills both on set and digitally, aligning with styling direction as set out by BU stakeholders.
  • Expert in M&S style aesthetics and how to execute these across all content streams.
  • Works closely with the broader content team to provide style-driven advice that adds value to the customer experience.
  • Communicates clearly on brief delivery progress, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date.
  • Works closely with Digital Styling Services Manager to deliver on critical OKR’s and goals.
Who You Are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Has extensive experience styling for womenswear, predominantly with an editorial/personal background.
  • Must have a vast knowledge of womenswear brands within the industry, their associated aesthetics, trends and popular culture.
  • Ability to adapt to regular updates and changes, and respond productively to feedback.
  • Proficient working with spreadsheets and generating reports.
  • Understands the power of personalisation, with a keenness to learn more.
