Job Description

Job Title: Studio Receptionist

Location: Old Street (9 minutes walk from Angel train station)

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: £24,000 pa

Hours: 09:00-17:30pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls, take messages, and ensure they reach the right person
  2. Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour
  3. Coordinate with the Office Manager for seamless communication and task management
  4. Order and maintain supplies, ensuring the coffee machine and drinks are stocked
  5. Manage email inboxes and forward messages as necessary

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software
  5. A friendly and approachable personality

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  1. Experience in the architecture or design industry
  2. Familiarity with managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Technologies:

  1. Microsoft Office Suite
  2. Email management systems
  3. General office equipment
