Job description

Mode Search is proud to be partnered with a renowned luxury Ready-to-Wear fashion brand to find a Studio Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy, creatively driven team and play a key role in the daily operations of a busy fashion studio.

This role is central to ensuring the studio runs smoothly, supporting both the creative and production teams, and offers great scope for growth within a thriving brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a productive and organised environment.

• Manage studio calendars, bookings, and production schedules.

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shoots, samples, and logistics.

• Maintain inventory of samples, equipment, and supplies.

• Support with budgeting, invoicing, and supplier management.

• Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.

• Act as the key point of contact for all studio-related queries and needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a studio or production coordination role, ideally within fashion or creative industries.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling or project management tools.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
