A cutting-edge experiential design studio known for its bold creativity and immersive storytelling is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to join their London team. Specialising in crafting high-concept exhibitions, events, and activations, our client collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury and lifestyle brands to create unforgettable experiences.

With a reputation for pushing creative boundaries, this highly respected studio is growing and looking for a proactive, detail-driven Studio Manager to help streamline operations and support their visionary team. Working closely with the company’s Directors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless running of the studio, overseeing everything from space and facilities management to event coordination and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the smooth daily operation of the London studio
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative and office-related matters
  3. Provide diary management and travel coordination for senior team members
  4. Maintain office and facilities management to a high standard
  5. Oversee health and safety compliance for the studio
  6. Manage office supplies, including stationery and studio resources
  7. Arrange and manage meeting rooms, including direct client interaction
  8. Assist in organising events and company socials
  9. Ensure a warm and welcoming front-of-house experience, greeting visitors professionally

Key Skills/Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or luxury design environment
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills
  3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  4. Proficiency in Apple Mac software is highly desirable
  5. Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive approach
  6. Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanour
