About the role...
As Studio / Production Manager, you'll be leading the day-to-day operation of a studio with a mix of creatives (some freelancers). You'll be responsible for this team as well as implementing the best working practices. Client-wise, the company works with a mix of brands, and along with your team, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
About you...
To be considered for this Studio Manager role, you will have proven previous experience of running a studio. You'll have experience of managing a team with varying levels and an appreciation and understanding of creative work. No two days will be the same, and we're looking for someone who is a great problem solver. It goes without saying that you'll know your way around a spreadsheet and have experience of leading on operational processes.
