Student Recruitment Officer

£34,132 per annum

Permanent/ Full time

Hybrid with up to 2 days of WFH

25 days of annual leave plus University closure days and bank holidays

The role holder of this newly-created post will aim to successfully develop and implement the postgraduate elements of the St Mary’s University student recruitment strategy. The role holder will proactively raise the profile and awareness of the postgraduate portfolio at St Mary’s with key internal and external audiences. This will involve the development and delivery of a range of sustainable recruitment and conversion activities.

The role holder should have a track record of delivering events along with excellent communication and networking skills and experience of working in a Further Education or Higher Education setting. The role holder will also have an understanding of the UK higher education recruitment cycles, admissions and processes, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of the postgraduate taught market - including an awareness of factors that influence students' decision making.
