Student Recruitment Manager
London/Hybrid
Up to 60K plus bonus

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers.
2. Analyze the student intakes for the post-graduate programs and plan for a targeted increase.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting internal customer relationships.
4. Create marketing strategies and business plans by coordinating with various teams for smooth execution.
5. Analyze the leads and qualify them for increasing profitability.
6. Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop suitable brand initiatives.
7. Plan and organize consumer front brand activation events such as roadshows and college events.
8. Plan all social media and digital marketing campaigns.
9. Forecast and track key account metrics.
10. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
11. Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets.
12. Provide regular sales reports that accurately capture all sales activity.
13. Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned internal customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
14. Liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to internal customer needs.
