The Abbey DLD Group of Colleges (ADLD) consists of three independent sixth form colleges located in Cambridge, London, and Manchester, offering a wide range of academic study programmes. DLD College London is a multi-award winning independent, co-educational boarding and day school and is part of the Abbey DLD Group of Colleges (ADLD). DLD is situated in the heart of London overlooking the Palace of Westminster and the River Thames and is one of the leading boarding schools in the city.
The candidate should have a background in working in an international college or boarding school environment, and experience of student recruitment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on the promotion of key aspects of the school’s outstanding educational provision.
You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of domestic students to the college and will be able to identify and successfully implement creative recruitment initiatives in a competitive market, ensuring that annual enrolment targets are met.
You will represent DLD College to visitors coming into the college, lead tours, coordinate recruitment events, manage bursaries and scholarships, and promote the College both face-to-face and digitally. You will also provide support to the international recruitment team, visit and develop partnerships with local schools, and represent DLD College London at events.
