The Registry team at the NIoT plays a crucial role in the mission of the NIoT by delivering services which support the administration of student records from enrolment through to graduation. The Registry ensures that all aspects of the student lifecycle meet regulatory requirements and provide an exceptional student experience.
About the role
We are recruiting for a Student Records Manager who will lead and manage the NIoT’s processes for student records and student finance within Registry. You will ensure that in all aspects of student records and student funding the NIoT is compliant with rules and regulations and processes are efficient. The postholder will be the main point of contact for Faculties and NIoT staff in relation to student records and student finance. As Student Records Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the NIoT to ensure that processes and procedures support the delivery of an exceptional student experience.
This is a hybrid role, and it is anticipated that the postholder will work one day per fortnight on campus.
