As a Senior Administrative Officer and Finance Business Support, you will join a team that takes multiple intakes annually, offering a range of qualifications from Certificates to Doctoral degrees. This is a higher education environment with approximately 6,000 non-residential students.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Delivering empathetic student financial support in person.
- Managing student finance queries and debt.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing comprehensive financial management support.
- Contributing to the Institute's financial sustainability.
Your Skills and Experience Will Include:
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in financial systems.
- Knowledge of Student Loan Company and its processes.
