Job description

Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager (Skilled Worker Visa): The success and well-being of students at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama are greatly influenced by the Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager.

The position holder will oversee the operational management of Central’s Student Centre, which includes separate teams such as Student Advice, the Disability Service, and the Counselling Service. They will report to the Head of Student Experience and Support Services.

In order to deliver Central’s academic and student services and procedures in a coordinated and integrated manner, they will collaborate with other members of the Academic Registry. In order to guarantee that the student experience is at the core of all the school does and that decision-making is student-centered, the job holder will also collaborate with stakeholders throughout the school.

The position holder will have a great grasp of contemporary concerns regarding student welfare, a great deal of expertise in student assistance in a higher education setting, and a proven dedication to helping students from a variety of backgrounds.
