An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Student and Academic Support Officer to enhance the student experience at their Nottingham campus. At TLG, we’ve had huge uptake in student numbers coupled with our new partnership with Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) and this demand has led us to opening a new campus in Birmingham and Nottingham, which is in addition to our two campuses in London. Therefore, we’re looking for a Student and Academic Support Officer to join us in a permanent capacity in Nottingham!
The Student and Academic Support Officer will be engaged in performing a clearly defined range of front-facing customer service and administrative tasks. The role holder will have excellent customer service skills to enhance the experience for all students as well as internal and external stakeholders.
