Student Advisor
£24,350 per annum + excellent benefits such as Flexi time
Full-time role with Hybrid working.


Are you a passionate customer service professional looking for a role that truly makes a difference? Yolk Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with an online education provider to find a Student Advisor who will be a support and first point of contact for students, supporting them from enrolment through to graduation. You'll make sure they feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way.


Responsibilities:
  1. Guide students through onboarding, helping them access their courses and understand the learning platform.
  2. Provide empathetic, responsive support via email, phone, and social media (including WhatsApp groups).
  3. Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as login problems or platform access.
  4. Maintain accurate records and suggest improvements to the student journey.
  5. Represent the company at open days and graduation events.

What experience you'll bring to the role:
  1. A background in customer service or student support.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Confidence using IT systems (Google Suite, CRM platforms, etc.).
  5. A proactive, solution-focused attitude.
