Based in central London and established in 2007 by directors Andy Heyne, Mark Tillett and Tom Steel, the practice now has over 180 people. We are currently working on exciting and innovative projects throughout the UK for many of the leading developers and architects.

We are currently looking for a technically strong and passionate Project Revit Technician with 3-5 years of experience (post apprenticeship) to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop and improve tools, templates, and CAD manuals.
  2. Provide training and support to technicians, identifying skill gaps and implementing learning opportunities.
  3. Ensure the seamless integration of Revit technology into our structural engineering designs.
  4. Produce accurate, high-quality structural drawings and details from architectural concepts.
  5. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and M&E teams to ensure precision and consistency.
  6. Review and coordinate drawings across multiple disciplines to maintain project accuracy.
  7. Drive innovation in structural drafting and encourage best practices in design presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Strong experience as a Technician with expertise in Revit.
  2. Ability to turn hand-drawn concepts into detailed structural drawings.
  3. Experience working on a variety of building types and structures.
  4. Strong coordination and communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
  5. Passion for maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
