Structural Engineer

A leading provider of innovative precast concrete solutions in Ayrshire dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective structural design solutions is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing precast concrete structures for a variety of projects, including civil, residential, and industrial. Working closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed structural designs for precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, slabs, and panels.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate design solutions.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the construction process.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Chartership would be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in structural design; concrete and precast experience would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
