THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. Collaborating with the CEO, COO, and other senior executives, you will lead analysis and planning, monitor and optimize SaaS metrics, streamline operational processes, refine performance metrics, and execute strategic projects that align with our ambitious growth goals.

The role will also work cross-functionally to support additional strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and structured problem solver, a detail-oriented and collaborative implementer of strategic initiatives, and an overall analytical and thorough thought partner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Analyze and deliver insights on the company's SaaS metrics
  2. Support the annual budgeting process and monthly reviews
  3. Conduct annual review of sales commission structure and monthly reporting of commissions earned
  4. Provide ongoing pipeline forecasts and reports to the CEO and sales leadership
  5. Develop presentations and business case analyses to support the sales process
  6. Prepare materials for board meetings and investor presentations
  7. Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  1. 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in accounting advisory, finance, or corporate teams.
  2. Bachelor's degree; CPA/ACCA required.
  3. SaaS revenue accounting experience required.
  4. CFA, MBA, or Masters in Finance preferred.
  5. Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  8. High level of drive, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting responsibilities in a high-growth scale-up.
