Strategy Lead

Senior Manager Level 6

The Strategy Lead is a pivotal role within Accenture Song, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of client campaigns and ensuring that creative outputs are not only innovative but also strategically sound. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning to develop strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives for major clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their questions and underlying needs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that strategies are creatively executed and resonate with target audiences.
  • Define business and human challenges, keeping the bigger picture in mind throughout client engagements.
  • Develop research-driven, compelling human and cultural insights.
  • Proactively suggest innovative strategies and campaigns. Inspire clients and colleagues with the latest industry trends.
  • Create comprehensive strategies across brand, go-to-market, communication, campaign, content, and other areas, with actionable recommendations based on market opportunities.
  • Present and discuss key insights and innovative strategies in client meetings.

You:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand strategy, digital transformation, marketing, and omni-channel approaches.
  • Proven experience in developing go-to-market, marketing, brand, employer brand, experience, content, and creative strategies using both traditional and new channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple client assignments simultaneously across various industries.
  • Experience in market research, brand positioning, integrated brand communication, digital marketing & transformation, content marketing, and social media.
