Are you a Strategy Consultant from a MBB, Big4, Strategy Consulting firm with a background in Product GTM (go-to-market), Target Operating Model Design, Value Creation, Product Strategy?

Stanton House Private Equity is engaged exclusively to hire 3 Strategy Transformation experts for a Private Equity backed B2B SaaS business.

You will focus on delivering value creation initiatives across the company's growth transformation plan. Collaborate across the business and lead projects from optimising the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, to developing and launching new products, and supporting the AI vision.

  • Assist in executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Take the lead in product development, guiding the process from concept to successful market launch.
  • Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, accelerate revenue growth, and optimize EBITDA performance.
  • Lead and actively contribute to strategic and transformational projects including Target Operating Model design, developing GTM product strategy, and designing AI tools for consumer and FMCG start-ups and tech companies.

What you need to be successful:

  • 2-5 years in Strategy Consulting from Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Roland Berger, Big4, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy& and others.
  • Supported tech firms, start-ups within Consumer and FMCG is preferred.
  • Track record in Operating Model build, planning design, and execution.
  • Considerable experience in GTM (Go To Market) strategy including Product and AI GTM.
  • Ability to support reorganisation of an acquired business' Target Operating Model design and Product GTM post M&A transaction.
  • Experience working on transformation, GTM, product, and operational improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, with the ability to work across multiple projects, taking autonomous ownership for smaller engagements.
  • Comfortable with bringing structure and logic to ambiguity and operating in a commercially minded, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.

To be suitable for this role you must have a background in Strategy Consulting from the firms listed above and have operated within Product GTM and Operating Model design leading operational, transformation, product and AI initiatives.
