The role:
These key strategy consulting roles are focused on helping clients to drive long-term, sustainable business growth. They are at Senior Consultant level with an emphasis on:
- Working with some of the world’s best brands, smaller agile companies and not for profit clients, always tailoring the approach to the specific need.
- Managing and building relationships with client stakeholders.
- Drawing insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to secure competitive advantage and build strategies for growth for the client.
- Creating the culture and capabilities to enable long-term and sustainable success.
- Instilling a business-wide focus on customer centricity.
- Supporting proposal development.
You:
- Will be a Strategy Consultant with experience of working on growth/commercial projects, and/or with market or competitor data.
- Have had some exposure to scenario planning: experience of envisioning various possible futures and developing robust and flexible strategies to address them.
- Ideally experience of working with a consumer-facing business.
- Evidence through academic or career history of a balanced numerical/quantitative and verbal/qualitative skill set.
- Have a genuine excitement for commercial growth strategy and a passion for driving change.

Salary and package:
£50,000-£65,000 plus generous benefits, including bonus and share options.
Location and mobility:
You should live within easy commuting distance of central London and be willing to work in their office several days a week and at client site occasionally as required.
