Strategic Service Delivery Manager – Waste Management & Recycling

HYBRID WORKING OPPORTUNITY FOR A LOCAL AUTHORITY WASTE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS EXPERIENCED MANAGER TO LEAD ON STRATEGY AND SERVICE DELIVERY.

TITLE: Strategic Service Delivery Manager – Waste Management & Recycling

LOCATION: West London (with hybrid working)

HOURS: 36 per week Mon-Fri, 2-4 days hybrid working a week available around business requirements

ROLE: You will oversee service delivery for local authority waste operations, lead on strategy and engagement with the public, and work to innovate and improve existing processes.

EXPERIENCE: You will be responsible for strategy for service delivery in a local authority environment such as collections, transfer and Civic Amenity / HWRC operations.

YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Waste Operations Manager, Recycling Depot Manager, Contact Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Waste Collections Manager, HWRC Area Manager, Transfer Station Manager, Waste Contracts Manager.
