Our Human Resources & Organisational Development Division is hiring

We’re entering an exciting new chapter. Following a recent restructure, we’re focused on redefining the way we grow and thrive - together.

We are looking to recruit a Strategic Resourcer, on a Fixed Term Contract (2 years).

About the role

You will develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies across the organisation, that will enable the recruitment and retention of a diverse, skilled and motivated workforce who are empowered to deliver high quality services to the residents of Royal Greenwich.

The post will play a key role in the HR delivery to organisational objectives set by 'Our Greenwich' Corporate Plan and Workforce Strategy.

You will indirectly manage staff participating in projects and will undertake supervisory, training and senior responsibilities within the team. The indirect line management of staff will vary according to work item, project and campaign needs.

About you

With your extensive knowledge of recruitment related legislation, best practice, and embedding EDI in recruitment strategy and activity, you will be able to practically apply your knowledge and experience to deliver truly effective recruitment for the organisation.

You will have a knowledge of best practice in recruitment and selection processes across a diverse range of occupational groups.

Communication is a key skill, and you should be able to show experience of being able to communicate both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, with good attention to detail.
