This role sits within the Strategic Remediation and Control Office (SRCO), which leads Transformation and Remediation at Deutsche Bank. SRCO leads oversight of programs which contribute to the uplift of the Firm’s capabilities across multiple lines of defence working in partnership with global Businesses, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit ensures alignment of the portfolio of projects remains within groupwide strategic priorities and are successfully implemented to achieve the intended benefit and outcomes. Insights produced are critical to ensuring successful closure of project plans. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be at the heart of the Bank’s transformation, driving improvements front to back, building relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tangible value, meeting regulatory expectations positioning the Firm for ongoing success. You will be joining the Financial Crimes and Compliance change assurance team.
