Healthcare is usually slow and boring. We believe in its potential to be exciting and entertaining. But changing the healthcare experience is hard – and we’re gonna need all the help we can get…!
Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company that is on a mission to solve the world’s biggest healthcare challenges - think fertility, and behavioural change around chronic conditions such as weight loss, diabetes, and mental health.
Built a team of approaching 500 Eucalypts in 6 countries consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, operators and many more functions!
Raised over US$100M funding from the same investors who backed Canva, Uber, and AirBnB.
In just over 3 years we have grown the Juniper UK brand, which is now our biggest brand globally!

Off the back of growing the UK business 5x in 2024, we’re now on a mission to support over 100,000 UK patients to live better for longer.
In the UK, we run Eucalyptus’ biggest brand, Juniper. Our mission is to help women feel confident and like themselves, all year round. We’re doing it by re-designing how we talk about and manage the most prominent aspects of women’s health with a patient-first approach. So far, we’ve supported women with their weight loss journeys. We’ve combined medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, all with the support of multiple healthcare professionals (health coaches, dietitians and pharmacists). In 2025 we plan to expand our services to a wider selection of health and wellness needs.
To achieve this, we are continuously building our team who are passionate about healthcare, willing to work hard and committed to investing in others through direct and honest feedback. This collaborative and proactive approach enables us to make impactful changes, improving the health of millions of patients globally.
As a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you’ll be instrumental in unlocking new meaningful revenue streams and building a scalable partner ecosystem from the ground up.

The scope includes partnerships across marketing (e.g. new patient acquisition channels, brand ambassadors, retail), our product experience (e.g. key integrations), our expertise (e.g. new advisors) and others that will drive strategic value (e.g. insurance). Given the breadth, we are looking for someone with a rare mix of commercial acumen, creativity and incredible bias to action.
This is a new capability for us in the UK team, so you’ll define the approach and it is a rare opportunity to define how partnerships fuel Eucalyptus’ next phase of global expansion.
This includes:
