A leading UK housebuilder is seeking a Strategic Land & Planning Manager to drive the identification, acquisition, and promotion of strategic land opportunities. This role is key to securing a strong pipeline of sites for future residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appraise strategic land opportunities.
• Negotiate land acquisitions and promotion agreements.
• Manage the planning process, working with stakeholders to secure allocations and planning consents.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess site potential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic land acquisition and planning, ideally within a residential developer or land promoter.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development process.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
