We have an excellent opportunity for someone with creativity and drive to lead our Markets and Performance Team. This role is key to delivering our purpose in Adult Social Care:

You have the ability to manage contracted services to ensure compliance, quality and sustainability. You can build and sustain relationships with care providers to enable flexible solutions and new opportunities. You understand the commissioning process and can provide strategic leadership to deliver in these areas. You have a sound understanding of what excellent and compassionate social care looks like and see that it is delivered every day. A range of flexible working options: the Commissioning Team works in a hybrid way, with most work being carried out from home with typically one day a week office based. We do require you to be available when required for face to face meetings and to conduct business with providers and the public as necessary.
