Description: Strategic Business Operations and Execution (SBOE), Project Coordinator. At Astellas, we are a progressive health partner, delivering value and outcomes where needed. The Opportunity: This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our Clinical team, particularly providing essential support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while contributing to innovative projects. You will focus on the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of executives, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses.
  3. Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  4. Book and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as manage Concur.
  5. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs to ensure smooth office operations.
  6. Provide support on special projects and tasks as requested by the executive team, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  1. Previous experience supporting at executive or senior leadership level.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a collaborative approach with other functions.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions independently.
  5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  1. Associate or bachelor’s degree with previous experience in the healthcare field.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  1. This is a permanent, full-time position.
  2. This position is based in the United Kingdom.
  3. This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
