Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive long-term success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Proposal Creation: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and strategic documents for clients and partners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to business development efforts and provide regular updates to management.
- Process Improvement: Review and refine business development processes to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and potential partners to ensure sustained growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving business growth and establishing successful partnerships.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding targets and achieving results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
- Leadership experience and proficiency in project management.
