In this role, your primary focus will be driving growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships to support our long-term expansion. You’ll take a pivotal role in crafting and implementing business strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and unlocking revenue streams to meet both regional and global market needs.
Your expertise in product development will be vital for aligning our targeted propositions with core areas such as education, employability, skills training, and community support. This role ensures that our offerings are not only relevant to these key focus areas but also deliver maximum impact.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or management consulting. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £52,000 to £62,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
